WOW!!! What a beauty! She is a wonderful enameled panther ?shoulder brooch, marked Kenneth Lane with copyright symbol on raised oval plaque. I call her a shoulder brooch because she is slightly curved on the base. She sits so beautifully on your shoulder looking at everyone! The enameling is in excellent condition. She has a clear rhinestone encrusted bow and awesome green rhinestone eyes. She measures approx. 2 3/4"X1". You can see this design as a clip on page 267 in Collecting Rhinestone & Colored Jewelry 3rd Edition (copyright 1993)by Maryanne Dolan. She describes this as a clip, approx. 3" long and it has it's original leatherette bag. There is a finish spot on her belly(seen in 3rd pic).
