Sterling Topped Bar Pin: This pin has a really neat design. Late Art Deco in feel. It is marked Napier. We believe it is sterling topped. The base appears to be a plated base metal.There is some loss to the finish on the back. The clasp is in good working order. Aprox. 3 1/4"x1 1/8".
