WOW !!! What a pretty mum. Lovely shades of blue enamaling.There is some loss of the enamaling. But, I am not so sure that some of it on the edges of the petals was done purposefully. In any case, it gives the petals a lot more "life". Measures aprox. 3 1/2" X 2 1/4" X 1 1/8" . The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA only.
