This is an intriging button. Is it or is it not hand painted? That is the 64 thousand dollar quoestion! It is a pretty button and it "looks" hand painted, but I really think it is printed. You can't cratch off the "boo boos" off the edge, like you would if they were indeed hand painted. But, it is beautifully done and does look quite "real". It measures approx. 1" across. It has a self shank. The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA.
