I believe this is a vest or jacket chatelain button closure. They are reminescent of the closures for some of those little boxy Channel type jackets of the 60's. The red faceted plastic buttons are made to mimick red glass moonstone buttons. There is oxidation to the metal edge on the buttons. The chains are fine. The buttons measure approx. 5/8" across and the shortest chain is approx. 4" long. The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA.
