 Vintage Musical Liquor/Wine Brass and Glass Decanter Plays "How Dry I Am "   It is 11.5  inches tall non removable glass bottle encased in brass holder with handle and spout.    The music box bottom plays How Dry I Am when lifted .  The covering for the music works is wood which shows some age.  The music is a little slow.   
The condition is good.

It is mark as Japan... I have seen other posting referring it as "Apex".    Although the one here does not have any tag or marking that indicate that.
