This Dragon & Lotus is on a marigold base glass.  It is   9" wide. and has 8 ruffles. It is made by Fenton. It has very good color for this pattern.  It has a very unusual color effect to the outer 1 inch or so. It shows a darker band completly around the bowl. Very unusual.
