Cartoons By Sam Cobean Gentleman Farmer 1948 This is a August 1948 nice color two page cartoons by Sam Cobean. First picture is of an old farm house that reads, that fine old place to fix up. , then picture of the family, his first auto purchase, first livestock venture which is a dog with puppies, more chores on the farm. Final picture is of this nice house, well kept lawn etc with a for sale sign by gate. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
