 Sitting, Thinking  Kewpie Doll Figurine by   Rose O'Neill .     Nicely hand painted features with an adorabal facial expression.    Measure approximately 4". Markings on back but can not make out what it says - looks like Rose O'Neill Kewpie Germany (see photos).    There is a chip on the very tip of the hair that points up.  And a few nicks on the base.
