Chesterfield Cigarettes First Choice Ad 1943 This is a May 31, 1943 advertisement It is a nice color ad from Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co, makers of Chesterfield cigarettes. Pictures a young lady in a W.A.V E S. uniform, looking at herself in the mirror. She is straightening her hat with one hand and has a cigarette in the other. There is a gentleman in uniform standing behind her but his picture that is reflected in the mirror also, is a little hazy. It reads, First Choice, Chesterfield In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall.
