Child's White Fur Hat with Two Fur Tassles

I believe this white fur hat is made out of rabbit hair, but I can't verify it. It is obviously for a child as you can see it doesn't fit very well on my black model head. When it lays flat, it measures 8" long on each side and 7" on each side around the neck on the bottom. It is lined with a white quilted satin material, which has some minor soiling. It had a plastic hair band inserted in the side around the face, which is broken and gone. It has 2 8" long white velvet cords with 2" x 2" fur pompom on each. There is some minor wear of the fur at the back of the neck and the interior needs cleaning. Otherwise, it is in very good condition.
