Our delightful inkwell features a finely sculpted porcelain foo dog standing on lacquered wooden panel with two silver ink vessels with their original porcelain cups.  In good condition.  Hinge of one well is broken, but does rest nicely on its vessel and certainly could be repairs by a silversmith.  Silver has impressed maker or assay mark, heavily worn and not yet deciphered.
