Chinese Rhinestone Dragon necklace with Tassel Statement necklace

The dragon on this necklace on this looks a lot like a har piece. Very heavy and dramatic and loaded with rhinestones. Set into fancy filigree he holds an antique bell tassel ( bells do not ring). This is a massive pendant that measures 5" long. I hung it from a very thick and heavy gold filled MONET curb chain that measures 23" long. On of a kind and very dramatic!
