Chipped Wood Carving Pine Cones of Basswood Wall Plaque Signed by Local Artist  Folk Art .    It is 7.75 inches squared.   Is is singed R.L. Watkins and dated 1980.    Found in amoungst my parents estate stuff.   My dad was a wood carver and must have purchased   or was given this from a fellow member of his wood carving group.     There is a old soda can pull tab tapped to the back as a wall hanger.   It is a nice looking peice of North West Art
