Offering these two nickel plated sports whistles for one price.  This is an interest post WWII comparison of two whistle maker's products, one from Japan and one from England.  The whistle marked COGHLAN'S is made in JAPAN and is so marked.  It is the whistle with the smaller ring clasp.  It's in nice shape, most of the nickel plating intact, has a few dings on the underside of the mouthpiece but only minor, whistles plenty loud.  The other whistle is made in ENGLAND and so marked THE ACME THUNDERER MADE IN ENGLAND on the top mouthpiece.  The English whistle sounds very loud, has about 99% nickel plating, no damage of rust.  As you can see, there is very little difference in the style and size but the Coghlan's is longer.
