Cognac colored  Blown Art Glass Bowl with Hand Painted Enameled Flowers and   Gold Trim.     It has a undulated rim that makes it look like it could be an ashtray.   But it too pretty to used for that purpose.  It is 5.25" wide and 2.5" tall.  

The condition is excellent.   It is not signed.
