A limited edition decanter for Philadelphia Blended Whisky, for the bicentennial. It is the Liberty Bell. The stamp on the bottom states that is has a handcrafted 22 KT gold finish. I have not found any chips or cracks. There is a place on the top of the cork where there is rub of the finish, very small. There are several places where the gold finish has been scratched off. But, it is still in good condition. It stands aprox. 8 1/4" high and is aprox. 6 3/4" across the bottom.
