Colorful Drip Ware Camber Candlestick from Belguim  labeled Kunstgalerij  Artisan  Popstaelstr. 45.  Varsenare  and sign C.J.M.  

It is a stoneware item that is well made with the a wild color combination of blue, purples, green and yellow drip glaze.  It has a spout on the plate to pour out the hot wax.     It is about 4" tall and 4" across the base.    " Kunstgalerij"  means art gallery in Dutch.    And " Artisan  Popstaelstr. 45.  Varsenare"  is an address to a the town of Varenare in Flanders Belgium.    On the side it is  marked C.J.M.    I don't think this art gallery is there anymore. 

The condition is very good. There is some crazing.
