Comic strip character,. Lo'wizie Smith  Snuffy Smith's wife from Barney Google, Coffee Cup Mug, Hand Painted by Leonard Jackson of San Diego.   On the back it says " Opal Segal"  but I don't know what that refers to.    The mug measures 5" tall.  and 3" across the top, not including the handle.   

The condition is excellent.
