Ohio. With nice graphics from an early magazine titled Washington's Birthday Party. Shows a picture of Washington Birthday Party plus a series of decks of cards and the various pictures on them. Mint condition. Photo may reflect wrinkles that is in the plastic and is not in the ad. Measures 6 1/2" by 9 3/4" tall.
