The cartouche on this brooch from Coro dates it to 1945 or later. 

Heavy art nouveau gold tone brooch with jewel tone rhinestones. 

Brooch measures 2.25" across and 1.5" long, the dangles are all 1.5" long. 

Very good condition, safety clasp work well, some foil loss on the rhinestones on the dangles.
