Coro style RHINESTONE DUETTE DRESS CLIPS BROOCH

$65.00
Quantity available: 1
Tis is a late 1930's duet pin. What is neat about these is that could be used as 2 different pieces of jewelry. The mechanism frame on the back allows the end dress fur or dress clips to be removed and used as clips or converted back to be worn as a brooch. Several companies used these mechanisms, each one a little different and usually patented. This one is signed only with the patent number 2044225. The base is rhodium plated metal and the rhinestones are crystal. This measures 2 1/2" long and is one of the larger ones. Some of the stones have darkened with age, but the sparkle is still there and they are all original. I have not tried to clean in any way.
