Offering this new in the box doll house made of MDF featuring Dura Lock contruction. Made by Dura-Craft, #CS705. Features pre-cut trim and moldings, made from sturdy 1/4" MDF, real cedar shake roof, pre-built windows and door. Shell assembles in 15 minutes. Scale is 1" to 1', two stories, four rooms, 1 staircase. Finished, measures 20 1/8 inch tall x 21 1/4 inches wide x 13 1/2 inches deep. Recommended supplies not included are: masking tape, fine sand paper, fine tooth saw, tape measure, foam type spackle, paint & brushes, utility knife, and tacky glue. This is new old stock, never opened, box is good+, no damage except for edge rubs. This box weighs 16 pounds unpacked. A darling doll house with which you can have fun painting and decorating! Perfect for that little or big girl who always wanted her own doll house!
