Hand Blown and Cut Crystal Footed Bud Vase  with Cut Coin Dots .  It is 12" tall and on the top of the foot it is marked 1st 89-90.    Not sure it that indicates a number system or the date.    The cut and highly polished coin dots are larger toward the bottom and get smaller on the way up. The  glass is heavy and I assume is leaded but since there is not a tag I cannot say for sure.  

The condition is excellent.  It is a very beautiful vase without any damage or cloudiness what-so-ever.
