Crystal glass with enamel work! It is hard to describe these types of glasses, but I will try. This appears old, 1880-1910 era, is handmade, mint condition, a brighter blue & appears to be the newer glass?, maybe from the 1940's or a little newer , Maybe a reproduction by Fenton or a company like that. It has 10 panels & 2 carnival purple stripes on the side that you can barely see. It has a couple of bubbles in the glass. It will make your china cabinet come to life!! Beautiful aprox 3 3/4 x 2 1/4" across top , Shipping & handling will be 3.95 uspo if in the USA
