Glass Dinner Bell /Ruby Red Cut to Clear Trim.   Lovely piece without an indication as to who made it.   It is 7.5" tall.

The general condition is very good.  On the middle of stem there appears to be some  manufacturer flaws in that there is some roughness on the surface like pock marks.  There is another patch of the same in a small area on the bottom gold trim.    Maybe this was sold as a second.   It does have the clapper and it is very petty.
