 Cut & Crystal Glass Bell with Etched Frosted Rose Patterns.   It has a towering spire handle  that  has faces panels and tiny saw tooth on the the panel edges of the top finial.      The Bell has elongated thumb print with leaf spays and the frost etched roses.  Each rose has cut stars in the middle.   It is 7.5 inches tall.  The clapper is missing but there is a wired there that one can attach something to it.
