Czech Necklace Vintage Max Neiger 1920 ART Deco BLUE enamel glass Victorian Jewelry Brass filigree pendant

What a beautiful rich colored blue glass necklace this is, with the enamel  flowers  on each side of the large Brass filigree pendant  The Chain also has the enamel leafs all the way up. This is 25" long ,is well made and has nice weight to it. It is a heavy filigree pendant that 6 original blue paste rhinestones. Made in layers it is a nice quality piece. The center piece is made to look like a star sapphire and it really catches your eye. A tiny bit of green on the back (easily fixed with a little ketchup). Near the top there are two rings in the chain ( not sure if that is a repair or they are supposed to be like that since they are in the same spot.
