The optic pattern is of vertical but tilted ovate shapes ripples that makes it look like it is ripples on the water. The top is wavy too. It has a short stem. It was made by Empoli Glass in the town of Empoli, in the Tuscany region, near Florence. It is 8.5" tall and about 6.5" wide at the widest area. The condition is excellent. This would look so nice in a lighted display or near a window with other mid-century glass with the light shining through to show off your collection. This shade of green I call dark olive but it could also be considered avacado and it is a classic color of mid-century modernist decor.
