 Studio Glass End of the Day Glass Swirled Confetti Bowl, Cobalt Spots  Hand Blown Art Glass .   It is 10" across and 2" tall. 

The colors besides the wonderful translucent cobalt are a turquoise blue, some burnt orange and deeper red on the rim.  It is a lovely piece and seems to change depending on how the lights hits it.   

The condition is excellent.    There is no signature.
