DeSoto Most Satisfactory Car I Owned Ad 1945 This is a July 21, 1945 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from De Soto Division of Chrysler Corporation. Ad shows a father making a mark on the side of the house to designate the height of his young son. Mother is sitting in the Desoto and watching. Ad reads, 8 out of 10 owners say, DeSoto is the most satisfactory car I ever owned. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 13 1/2 inches tall.
