Beautiful Dichroic Red Glass Heart Paperweight Signed .   The signature I cannot make out.  Look like A. Beal or N Beil.    It is a dichroic glass swirl over dense red splashes of specks or dots.   The colored parts are incased in clear.  It measures 3.25 x 3 inches and stand about .75 inches from the table.   

The condition is excellent.
