Medieval full size Roman Centurion Guard Helmet hinged with RED Plume

We used this as a store display even though it is a wearable piece. Made to fit a human head it is well made and hinged on the sides so the flaps will move up or down. Centurion Generals wore adorned plumed helms that could be easily seen in battle.And this red plume will do that because it is really red red. IT measures 20" tall from the top of the plume to the bottom of the side flap. It is made of steel and the discoloration should be able to be polished out with some of the same compound you use to clean car bumpers. I loved the reddish effect the surface rust gives, but it is up to you to decide if you want it super new and shiny looking. THis is HEAVY and large ( since it will fit a person) so it will cost a bit to ship it. I love the brass trim on this, because it really sets off the silver of the steel.
