This is an antique tinsmith pliers marked "DIXIE 2H" in cast lettering on one side of the handles of this pliers.  The size of the round pads are 1.2" diameter and the pliers are 7.5" long overall.  No rust, no damage, there was fragments of a fabric padding wrapped around the handle, but we removed what little remained.  Overall in good++ condition.
