Candlewick White Milk Glass Lidded Pedestal Bowl with Hand Painted Flowers .    It could be Westmoreland Glass but I am not sure of that.  The examples I have found are missing the lid.    It is 8.75" tall x 7" wide and the wieght is over 3 pounds unboxed.  The condition is excellent.
