This is a unique carved wood handle dresser mirror with a 4" round beveled mirror.  The handle is 10" x 5" diameter and is carved front and back, with a floral design on the back.  There is one crack in the frame around the mirror toward the top of the frame.  The mirror is tightly fitted into the wood frame, not loose.  The wood appears to be light balsa type wood, which is often used in this type of craving applications.  The mirror a few backing silver issue, but they are small so the mirror is still usable, also noted is a few minor scratches on the glass, otherwise very good backing on the mirror, very reflective.
