Dutch Maid Figurine by Avon Products from the 1970 era. This lovely girl figurine is empty of Moonwind cologne and has been hand painted by someone other than Avon and in my opinion it is prettier than the plain design that it originally was. The paint can be removed if you would desire, but it really is lovely and is in mint condition. The top is plastic and is the cover to the bottle. She is shaped like the American Belle issue. Her dress is very becoming. The bottom is a pale blue with red, orange, white and yellow tulips.. The top is yellow. She has a very elegant look with a matching hat and a bouquet of red tulips. She is 2 3/4" across the bottom and is 5 1/2" tall.
