Japanese woodblock print by Watanabe Seitei (1851-1918).   Wood Block    It measures approximately   8.5" x 11.5"  and is professionally mounted and matted. This is a rare Nishinomiya Yosaku published strike, not the more common restrike by the Shima Art company. 

The print was produced in the 1950's and it is in excellent condition.    There is a small crease in the upper left hand corner of the mat which does not effect the art in any way.
