To me this flower seems to be floating under water. It is relief-molded and beautifully intaglio carved from the Marsden Tile Company, Staffordshire, England, and is in very good condition with a very small bottom corner nicks, crazing and light surface wear as shown.  The face of the tile is in fine, glossy condition.
