From the series designed by John Moyr Smith for Mintons based on Alfred, Lord Tennyson's poem "Idylls of the King", here is 'Gareth and Lynette', Gareth Entering the Town. The tile is printed in sky blue, dark brown and gray on a gray clay body, signed, "Moyr Smith" in the tile. The tile is in excellent condition with edge nibbles and slight surface wear along the left side. Finished in a bright, glossy glaze. A terrific image. Please write with any questions you may have.
