A 20th-century original etching on paper by the esteemed Italian artist Adelindo Tassi (1926, Arliano, Italia). This finely executed etching depicts the famous Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) with the Tower of Arnolfo Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.
The etching is hand-signed by the artist in pencil in the lower right corner and embossed with a round stamp under the signature, with the inscription: "LITOGRAFIA ORIGINALE ADOLINDO TASSI FIESOLE ITALY." Additionally, the etched initials "ATI" are located at the lower left.
This is a unique piece: the only etching depicting the Ponte Vecchio with the Arnolfo Tower, created by Adelindo Tassi. Despite an exhaustive search, this is the only etching of this nature by Adelindo Tassi that has been found. Notably, this etching is the sole known piece to bear an embossed seal, making it a scarce find.
