The photographer is possibly Harold A. Taylor, a British photographer who exhibited in several exhibitions of the Camera Pictorialists of Los Angeles in the 1930s. On the original embossed card mat with title in pencil, recto. A pristine hand-colored photograph, with a wonderful line, in the style of the California Eucalyptus school.
