Euro Sheffield Silver Chased Handled Basket

This Sheffield plate handled basket measures 13.75" long by 11.75" wide and 4.5" high at the top of the basket, and 11" high to the top of the handle when upright. Impressed marks are indecipherable. This is likely an example of european " fused plate " (Sheffield plate as called in England). Could be from Norway or Denmark.
