Rare Vintage Evans Bone China Table Lighter / Cigarette lighter with an hour glass shape body.  There is a gold leaf wheat decor on the front.     It is 2.5" tall.   The lighter insert looks in excellent condition.   However it will need a new flint and fluid.  The porcelain is in excellent condition.
