Exploring Tombs Near Rome Article 1957. This picture and brief article appeared April 15, 1957. It is a picture of a tomb never explored . In it were the skeletons of two Etruscans placed there over 2,500 years ago. With them were wine cups and jars to fortify them on their journey. This tomb was located by Lerici and Archaeologist Guiseppe Moretti with cameras that could see inside the tombs without opening them. Interesting !! In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 14"" tall.
