Farm scene egg carton Rooster crows as he watches over the hens on this old egg carton. One of the old paper mache molded cartons with the cleanest lid I have ever seen. There is a tear on the side of the lid that doesn't reach the top, & is about 1" long. The Ink is as new looking as the day it was printed. 7 1/2 x 6". I consider this as good as an egg carton of this age gets. Marked Carry-safe One dozen eggs Self-Locking Carton Co, Chicago, Ill. Pats 1975127.
