A large 1140mm tall antique authentic Patung Indu /Female Fertility Statue from the Serawai Dayak. Protects pregnant women from spirits. Erected from Kalimantan Barat, it is carved from a single piece hardest wood known to man, Belian / Iron / Billionwood. Part of the face has eroded away, sold as shown but otherwise the rest of the statue is still in good condition, insect free. Circa 1930. Gorgeous primitive statue!
