Festive  South Western Motif Lined Fabric Curtain Panel or Table Cloth  98" x 46" .      It looks as if is a curtain panel but it does not have the casing to accommodate a curtain rod.  Although it could be meant to be used with hooks.     Anyway is a nice piece of fabric that is hemmed and has a lining that is sewn to it all 3 sides but leaving the bottom to hang freely just under the decorator fabric.   The lining is hemmed too.

The condition is excellent looks like it never has been used.  There is a piece of tag on the top of one side but not enough there to determine what designer made it.
