Fifth Avenue Compact UNUSUAL size with Iris Flower on the outside. this is a Compact by Fifth REX Avenue as marked on the inside cosmetic pad. It is of soft plastic, these are hard to find in this condition, most have cracked plastic. The mirror is missing some silver, see photo. Opens and closes nicely. The back has overall discoloration, see photo. The front cover with the iris's on it is in excellent condition. It is a transfer under the plastic. This compact is in excellent condition for its age, around 1950's. It is 4 3/4" round, which is rather large for a compact. It is a wonderful cream/yellow color with pink and blue iris's
