Floral Pastel Painting in a Round Wood Frame. It is behind glass. The painting is signed with what look like Harold Luhks. The diameter of the frame is 17 3/4".

I have not taken the picture out of the frame but it appears to be oil pastels on top of a painted surface. The maroon paint has texture whereas the the flowers do not.

It is beautifully done. The condition of the art is excellent. The milk white painted frame is good but there are a few nicks and smudges on it. However the flaws only add to the shabby chic appeal.
